Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

Delays
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or high-volume seasons. Once your order has been shipped, transit times are outside of our control.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an address error is made, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Harbor & Honey is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For lost or stolen parcels, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
