When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be unworn and have tags attached. Sale items and accessories are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist your changes. 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us with your name, order number, and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it right away.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Harbor & Honey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered or becomes delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
